Amy Welch, President - Amy has spent over 15 years working in accounting for construction companies here in the Valley. She has an unmatched understanding of how the paperwork needs to flow in order for customers and suppliers to remain in good standing.
John Welch, Vice President of Operations - John has spent over 30 years developing quality techniques of the mechanical insulation trade by having benefited from the tutelage of several senior journeyman. This allowed him to understand the meaning of superior craftsmanship and he has never forgot it. John's belief in superior quality will show through in the craftsmanship of his employees.
Jim Russell, Vice President of Sales - Jim also has spent over 30 years in the insulation industry. During this time he as advanced his skills not only in craftsmanship but also estimating & counselling on different energy efficient products that will work for your particular project.
